The Chicago Architecture unit allowed students to work with buildings that they were very familiar with, especially after their field trip to the city! We learned how to create an illusion of space and depth in our drawings we also worked with hatching and cross-hatching to show value change in our drawings. Watercolor washes were also used in these pieces.
